Het mooie schone badstrand is bereikbaar op 500 meter vanaf de woning. De woning is goed geïsoleerd voor een comfortabel verblijf gedurende het gehele jaar. U kunt in Westkapelle en omliggende dorpen veel activiteiten ondernemen, zoals vissen, surfen en shoppen. De omliggende dorpen zijn goed bereikbaar met de fiets net als de steden Middelburg en Vlissingen.

Inmiddels verhuren we 6 jaar, dit is onze ervaring: ons vakantiehuis past het best voor stellen die voor de omgeving en/of rust komen. Of gezinnen met 1, 2 of 3 (jonge) kinderen. Kinderen hebben dan veel ruimte om in de tuin te spelen. In totaal 4 bedden, daarbij kan nog een campingbedje geplaatst worden.

De woning staat op een rustig kleinschalig vakantiepark, op loopafstand van de dorpskern waar leuke winkels en restaurants te vinden zijn. Vanaf het park wandel je direct het duingebied in wat toegang geeft tot het strand. Zoutelande is een uitstekend vertrekpunt voor wandel - en fietsroutes.
