Our apartment is located on a hill in the district of Viechtwang with views of the beautiful alpine pasture river. In about 500 m there is a bakery for your breakfast wishes, you enjoy your completely own empire on about 35 m2, in addition you have your own wardrobe in the entrance area right in front of the apartment. Outside we offer a great garden with terrace and barbecue area under the shady walnut tree. During the winter months, you can enjoy the proximity to the Kasberg ski resort (15 min).

From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping spaces.
