Emplacement top, vue exceptionnelle à Villefranche

Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

L'alloggio è situato nel centro di Villa Faraldi, un paesino tranquillo nell'entroterra Ligure. Gli arredi sono nuovi, è presente un letto matrimoniale un ampio salotto con camino, un tavolo da pranzo, cucina, bagno e una libreria attrezzata. La pace e il relax contraddistinguono la località. Villa FAraldi si trova a circa 7 km dalle spiagge. Si raggiunge mediante l'uscita autostradale di San Bartolomeo al Mare; la strada da percorrere è molto scorrevole. A 10 minuti dal mare in macchina. Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Nel centro di Alassio, a pochi passi dal budello e a 50 metri dal mare, questo appartamento apparteneva ai nonni che - da bravi torinesi - amavano la villeggiatura d'inverno. Noi l'abbiamo completamente ristrutturato con ogni comfort: wifi, aria condizionata, smart tv, persino una macchina del ghiaccio!
