The lower level has two ensuite bedrooms and a family room with a sofa bed, while the primary suite sits on the top floor. Thoughtfully restored, it blends history with modern comfort.

We are pleased to offer a beautiful two apartment in an area that is less then 10mins drive from Bermuda' s capital, Hamilton. 8 minute walk to the Bermuda National Sports Centre (Rugby, swimming, running, gym, etc)and 10 minutes away from the Abortetum Park which is one of the islands most beautiful attractions. The apartment includes a spacious common area, full kitchen, washer and dryer, full bathroom and two double bedrooms which can be converted into two twin beds bedrooms.

Our beautiful cottage has been renovated in 2015 and hardly used and is about 2km from the City Centre of Hamilton, 5 minute walk to the Botanical Gardens and Hospital (nearest bus stop). The closest grocery store is about 1 km away. The cottage is fully equipped with modern furniture and everything you need. The cottage has its own driveway and is very private. The views from the terrace are spectacular. Ideal for couples or families with small children.

The kitchen/dining area is the conversation place during meals or you can enjoy your meals on the patio. A barbecue is also outdoors. The patio is a relaxing area anytime of the day or night. The garden is large and an ideal area for children to play.

This self contain studio unit is centrally located. 10 min walk into Hamilton. The unit has a queen bed, 3 piece bath, full kitchen with major appliances. There is a patio infront of the unit with amazing view of the harbor .There is a shared washer/dryer access in the main house for extra charge. There are four outdoor cameras on the property for security purposes.
