Quiet apartment, close to city center, covered parking

Keep it simple at this peaceful place in the heart of Veynes on the mountainside. As soon as you leave the apartment you can go for a walk to our small Champérus, Oule peaks... on foot or by bike towards the lake, the municipal swimming pool, the shops. Many outdoor activities await you, skiing, downhill mountain biking in the surrounding resorts, paragliding, tree climbing, horseback riding or even a little pedal boat ride. SNCF train station 10 minutes away... Enjoy your stay :)

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

The ski stations Superdevoluy and La Joue du Loup are nearby aprox 20mins by car Very remote spot perfect for a mountain get away. If mountain trekking, ski de randonnee, snow shoeing. biking, climbing is your passion this is the place to be.

In the massif of Dévoluy resort labeled family more at 1500 m of altitude in a beautiful setting very sunny, changing scenery in summer as in winter. The residence is 120 meters from the ski area, shops, ski school and all amenities while being in a quiet setting. There are many activities that can be done at the resort. Hiking, mountain biking, climbing, Speleology, horseback riding, downhill and Nordic skiing, snowshoeing...
