Newly refurbished for the 2024 season, self-catering gîte for two in rural France, offering a double bedroom, en-suite walk-in shower room, open plan living with log fire and two private patio areas. It's a wonderful situation at the head of the beautiful Gatine valley. Ideal any season for walking, cycling or simply taking time out. In the winter months you’ll be cozy with the log burner - and there are heaters if you need extra warmth in a cold snap - just ask, we’re always nearby to help.

Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

La P'tite Maison

Small charming house, fenced in the countryside and ideally located. Pets accepted free of charge. Not suitable for infants & people with limited mobility. Close to all amenities. 4 minutes from the Iles de Payré (place to walk along the water). 20 minutes from Poitiers Sud & the Valley of the Monkeys. Futuroscope 40 min. Marais Poitevin, Abbey of St Savin 1 hour. La Rochelle 1 hr 15 min. You can enjoy the grounds to relax, eat outside… Our bikes, molkky, other games are at your disposal.

In the heart of the Bressuirais grove, between the castles of the Loire and the Atlantic coast, between Puy du Fou, Futuroscope and Venise Verte, this vast home combines the charm of old stones, volumes, modern comfort and neat decor. We also offer for rent a manor house that is part of the same property. Same capacity, also with a swimming pool, as well as a large park, woods and pond. The Gîte de la Roche welcomes you in an environment surrounded by nature. The terrace equipped with garden furniture offers a view of the river and the bridge: important, there is no protection along the river bordering the land. Possibility of fishing for those who wish, provide a fishing license and your equipment. Ideal location if you are looking for peace and nature, close to the Poitevin marsh and various amusement parks, zoos...

Cap au P'tit Pont bed and breakfast with hot tub and private pool

Located 35 minutes from Puy du Fou Cap au p'tit pont welcomes you in a quiet and green environment. Part of the farmhouse is accessible independently and is entirely dedicated to you. A friendly space with a bistro atmosphere where you can have fun with leisure games or relax on the veranda with unlimited access to the hot tubs just for you. Private 4x2 pool open on May 1, solar heated, so we can't guarantee an exact temperature.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

The Haute Revetizon bread oven

Small single-family home restored in charm and authenticity with its magnificent bread oven. The house has a private entrance and spacious parking. The house has all the necessary amenities with its equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy an enclosed garden and shaded terrace as well as access to the heated pool, children's games, petanque court and animals.
