Breb 148 Local Food&Garden, Little Guesthouse

Our small location is in the middle of historical Maramures, in the charming village of Breb, where time has stood still and the locals still celebrate Sundays and holidays in traditional costumes and live according to the rhythm of nature. The little house is in the back of the orchard, at the end of the village, surrounded of beautiful green hills and is an old converted cosy barn that can host up to 4 people and where you have al the modern utilities furnished in a gentle rural style.

Ignis Guesthouse / Apartment

If you want to relax and forget daily issues, we are waiting for you to spend some quality time at our place. The sound of the river that cross the garden when you drink your coffee, or chill in the hammock will make you feel relaxed and joyful. Also if you want to have a Barbeque, you can feel free to cook something for you, or play billiard with your friends. If you like hiking, in 2 hours you can reach the top of Ignis Mountain. Baia Mare old center city îs at 12 km from the proprety.

Breb's Cosy Barn is in the heart of the historic region of Maramures, northern Transylvania. An old traditional wooden barn placed in a green garden within the charming village of Breb. Transformed into a beautiful, alternative living space, it gives life to the old wood and to objects once forgotten. Modern confort is not forgotten (for a comfortable stay): hot water, comfortable beds, kitchen fully equipped, heating in the winter (with infrared panels), ventilation in the summer.

The cabin is situated nearly a UNESCO world heritage church dating from 1717, and the whole area is full of places to visit, people to meet and there’s even a mountain to hike close by. You have acces to a kitchen in the house nearby and different bed arrangements can be made upon request.

Nature walks or sightseeing in the area are easily done from this location. The house consists of 2 individual apartments, which can also be rented separately. The kitchen is in a separate building. A gazebo with a wood oven, barbecue and a table for 8 people awaits you in the courtyard.

We are waiting for you in Maramures at our chalets located in the middle of nature far from the urban agglomeration. Each chalet has two comfortable bedrooms, a spacious living room with an extendable sofa, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen so that you can prepare the most delicious meals.
