This unique home has panoramic views of Køge Bay with views of Copenhagen. There is a large private beach and a nice bathing bridge. Private heated pool, which is covered, but which can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented in the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room, two bedrooms, a hallway and a large bathroom. The location is excellent for sightseeing or enjoying the vibrant Copenhagen food scene. The nearby metro station will take you around town or to the airport in about 15 minutes. The large bathroom was recently remodeled with fresh, rose-colored tiles and cool black and white fixtures.
