9th floor apartment in front of the Shahrazad Beach at Agamy Area, Alexandria. The Side view to the sea is marvelous. The property is brand new with all the furniture are brand new. It have 2 separate bed rooms each one has two beds plus the living room with 2 sofa beds, the apartment is fit for 6 guests. Children security was the main concern, the balcony and the windows are secured with decorated irony barriers which secure children and doesn't affect the sea view.

A Brand-new beach house designed by a French interior designer, fully equipped. Composed of: On the ground floor of a large living room with an open fully equipped kitchen a very fancy dinning area, and a guest toilet. On the first floor we can found 3 bedrooms with one beautiful master bedroom with a bathroom and a nice terrace with a view on a swimmable artificial lake and the beach. Two more bedrooms one with a king bed and the second one with a twin bed.

A terrace is adorned with vibrant flowers, overlooking a serene sunset. A folding table stands to the side, with a soft blanket draped over the railing. Cushioned seating offers a comfortable spot to enjoy the view of the horizon and surrounding greenery.
