Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Here the whole family can enjoy swimming at their own beach, have access to their own jetty, rowboat and canoe. Free fishing is available in our lake Lillsjön. The cottage is beautifully situated close to the forest where mushrooms and berries are available for picking. Proximity to the Klarälven river where you can rent a canoe for a trip on the Klarälven river. Close to Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka, Rottneros Park, Sommarland in Sunne. In the cottage, there is an information binder that tells you about the activities and attractions that are nearby.

Welcome to this converted 50 m² wooden loft, situated in a quiet and secluded location behind the main house on the property. You live in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 meters away. The wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere when you are indoors. If you want to get out and about, there are beautiful hiking trails and for the cycling enthusiast, longer tours around the lakes await. Around the loft, there are pleasant patios where you can barbecue, or relax and enjoy nature.

20 min from Karlstad (The sun always shines in Karlstad!) 2 min walk to the bus stop and 10 min walk to the indoor swimming pool. Klarälven river flows right past the cabin. Klarelvsbanan (220 km long bicycle route) runs right by. Pizzeria and pub 5 min walk towards the city center. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. In summer you have popular bathing water 3 min drive from the cabin, golf course, spa at Dømle manor. Winter closed October to April.

Welcome to Vittebyviken! Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation with wonderful views of Lake Fryken, access to sauna, jetty and private sandy beach. The house is located on the east side of the lake, 6 km from Sunne center, opposite Rottneros Park, Sunne golf course and Västanå Theater. Two cats are in the yard that will gladly keep you company if you want to stroll around the garden.

Our cabin is beautifully located by Fryken. You are close to hiking trails, a slalom slope (700 m), golf course (3.4 km), Karlstad with Lerin Museum and Mariebergsskogen (25 km), Västanåteatern (42 km), Selma Lagerlöf's Mårbacka (34 km), Alma Löv's museum (24 km). You can enjoy the view and nice sunsets when it's nice weather. Possibility to borrow a canoe.
