The sometimes spectacular sunsets, the unobstructed view of the Garmisch Zugspitze and the peaceful secluded location on the edge of the forest create a unique atmosphere and create wonderful memories. The apartment is 26 square meters, is on the first floor and is for rent for 1 person (maximum 2). It is equipped with a new kitchen, smart TV, and a 1.40 m bed. It is located 35 km south of Munich, 13 km from Lake Starnberg and 19 km from the scenic town of Bad Tölz. The beautiful Isar meadows are a few minutes' walk. Supermarket in 1 minute by car. Well-developed cycling networks are also provided. In the neighboring village there is an S-Bahn connection to Munich.

Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!

We rent a cosy and lovingly furnished 2 room apartment in the upper floor of an original Bavarian country house with south balcony and paradisical garden for 4 guests. The house lies in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from the railway station and the town centre with all its shops. A beautiful forest is close by. Excursions to Munich and the beautiful Bavarian countryside can easily be made by car or by train. You can use the garden and bicycles.
