This large family home has a large living room on the ground floor with a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with toilet. Upstairs, 5 bedrooms, two TV lounges and a large bathroom. It's a great house for family stays of all generations. Linens and towels are provided. Pets are allowed. Agréable petite maison en duplex ( maximum 4 personnes) dans une résidence plein pied à 5 min de l'océan. Rue très calme à 1km du centre ville et proche du port. Composée d'une pièce à vivre ouverte donnant sur une terrasse extérieure couverte de 12m2 avec plancha électrique,donnant sur un joli deck extérieur, d'une cuisine entièrement équipée , d'une salle d'eau et wc séparé. Parking attitré au sein de la résidence. Animaux non admis.

This special place is close to everything. For a weekend, vacation or spa treatment. Bakery, Butcher, Grocer and Wine Shop on the street. 3-minute walk to Dax train station. 5 minutes to Grand Mail shopping center. 30 minutes to the beach. Large living room with lounge, dining room, open kitchen and inner courtyard. One bedroom on the first floor with a double bed. Master suite on the second floor with a 160 bed, shower and toilet.

Enjoy an elegant and pleasant accommodation located quiet area close to shops , ideal located in dax. Townhouse T2 surface 24 m2 furniture with garden and terrace and private parking, the building has been refurbished. Ultra equipped kitchen. Dog accepted,an additional charge of €50 is required for the stay. The essentials (toilet paper, garbage bag... ) are no longer present because they are never recharged by the Tenants .

Chateau de Caradoc at 500 meters with large park and children's playground.
