This fully self contained granny flat is set on acreage. 10 minutes from Ipswich, Close to Rail. 15 minutes to Willowbank and Queensland Raceway. 30 minutes from Hiddenvale MTB. Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and Toowoomba all around 1 hour drive. There is ample parking down the side of the property for large vehicles and trailers. Our family home is located adjacent to the granny flat. We are available whenever required. Within reason. The space is yours to enjoy along with our swimming pool.

The place is filled with original artworks, found objects and loved pieces. I stay at this cottage in between travels so the third bedroom is locked as it is an owners cupboard. Everything else is yours to use.
