Restaurants and shopping facilities are located in the town centers of Schulzendorf, Eichwalde and Zeuthen.

Our cozy, quiet studio apartment in Hessenwinkel is perfect for vacationers, expats and city escapees looking for a place that is both within walking distance of the bus & train as well as forest & water. Every 10 minutes, the S3 runs directly through Berlin from Wilhelmshagen, thus enabling the perfect connection to the outskirts of the city. Within a few minutes' walk, you are also in the Püttberge or at Lake Dämmeritz. Shopping and a handful of restaurants are also within walking distance.

The 112 sqm 3-room ground floor apartment is located directly on Lake Dämeritz in a small, very quiet residential complex, with a great view of the sunsets and the Berlin shore, which you can enjoy from the very large, partly green terrace. From the house entrance, steps lead to the lake with jetty and swimming ladder. The apartment is ideal for guests who want to experience Berlin, but also want to relax and enjoy the lake view The Regio [regional train] runs 25 minutes to the city center.

The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.
