Trailer on the farm

Our lovingly converted construction trailer is in an idyllic location on our farm near the horses. It is green and blooming all around this small, cozy place and at the same time you are right in the hustle and bustle of a farm. You will find peace and nature, but you will be in Winterthur in 15 minutes. There are 2 shared toilets, but no shower. The construction trailer is equipped with a cozy 1.40 x 2 m bed and seating, as well as heating and drinks.

Newly built apartment in an idyllic village with about 1000 inhabitants. Located right on the Swiss border. Very close is the largest waterfall in Europe, the Rhine Falls. Ideal hiking and cycling paradise. Pure nature. Water sports in and on the Rhine (swimming, diving, paddling, etc.). Large parking right in front of the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped with cooktop, oven and microwave. The coffee maker and the morning sun let you start your day well. The patio invites you to relax. The rural setting is perfect for getting sick and unwinding. Toys for children there.

We are a family who runs the farm ourselves and look forward to welcoming guests in our specially furnished guest room. A dog and cats as well as a few chickens currently live on our farm. We are also constantly thinking about acquiring more animals. There are numerous dirt roads for hikes. The Thur and the Rhine are within reach and beautiful bike tours can be made. We are happy to help with planning activities.

Spacious, rural and close to the airport

​Located in rural Hochfelden, you can reach Zurich Airport in 15 minutes by car and the city in 40 minutes. Alternatively, a bus runs regularly to the Bülach train station. From there, there are direct connections to Zurich and to the airport (about 45 minutes travel time). For more comfortable travel to and from the property, I also offer a paid shuttle service to Zurich Airport and the city.

This is a modern, clean and comfortable apartment in the historical centre of Eglisau - your home away from home! We are close to the river Rhine, and are surrounded by vineyards and forest. It takes 20 minutes to get to Zurich airport by car, or 30 minutes by train.
