Here you live in a quiet and pleasant environment in a cottage area with the beach forests, the sea and the swimming opportunities all around the corner. The cottage has two floors with an adjacent annex. From the terrace area, you reach the cottage's entrance area under the roof. Once inside, you will be greeted by an open, bright and pleasant floor plan with an open kitchen, living room with a comfortable sofa group and TV, bathroom with shower and underfloor heating.

Nøtholmen with its cozy canals is located only 100 meters from Strømstad Spahotell with its facilities. Good swimming opportunities, golf course, hiking terrain, beach, Svaberg in the immediate vicinity. 10-15 minutes walk and free cable ferry takes you to Strømstad city center with its restaurants, bars and bustling life. Possibility to also rent the boat, which is located right by the terrace in the canal. There are 2 bicycles.

The house is charming and has a high, sunny location overlooking the sea, to the Koster Islands. Outdoors, you have several areas to socialize, on the floor. Under the pergola, you can grill and set the table for dinner. The viewpoint offers magical sunsets in the sea. You have walking distance to Saltö Nature Reserve with nice sandy beaches and hiking trails. On Tjärnö, you can go to the beach Svallhagen, which has an old stone pier, good for crab fishing. You can also go to Bofors camping, where there is a swimming jetty and a Bistro.

Newly renovated home in a peaceful garden setting with sea views. Large, rustic garden with ancient trees and attractive rock features. Patios and a brand new deck to enjoy the garden and views. Cabin in Fredrikstad

Cottage by the sea with a large dock

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Cabin in Halden

Cabin by the sea.

Great cabin where you live "on" the water. The cabin is located at Ystehede, by the Iddefjorden, about 10 km from the center of Halden. Here, guests have access to a floating jetty with a bathing ladder, as well as a beach consisting of stone and sand. Here there is outdoor furniture, a gas grill and opportunities to moor your own boat. Here there are many hiking trails in the forest and if you have your own boat you can fish or take the sea route to Halden and on to the Hvalerøyene.

A modern white house with a red-tiled roof occupies a spacious area, surrounded by gravel and greenery. A large deck with multiple seating areas is featured in front, alongside a garage structure. Clear blue skies with some clouds complete the inviting exterior view.

They can be placed next to each other or separated so that there are 2 single beds. The kitchen is well-equipped together with the living room. In the living room you will find a corner sofa with two armchairs as well as a large dining table with room for 8 people. The bathroom has a toilet, shower, sink, washing machine and dryer.

The cozy cabin is surrounded by trees, with a private hot tub on the back deck that has soft purple lighting. Large windows reflect warm light from inside, while outdoor seating is set for dining. The sloped roof adds a charming touch to the structure.

For those who love Bohuslän's nature and proximity to the sea and a fantastic archipelago. A few kilometers from Strömstad city center. An excellent starting point for hiking along the Kuststigen and enjoying the sea or a round on Strömstad golf club's nice park course. End the day with a swim in the hot tub jacuzzi under the stars or take the bus in to Strömstad for a good dinner and crowds. Days with bad weather are best spent in front of the fireplace.
