Dieses DG Appartement ist für alle Frühaufsteher ein wahrer Traum. Wenn sie es lieben von einem fünfjährigen Morgenmuffel mit Geschrei geweckt zu werden, sind sie hier goldrichtig. Schöne Wohnung Karlsfeld / MUC

Genieße das einfache Leben in dieser ruhigen und Zentral gelegenen Unterkunft. S- Bahn Anbindung mit dem Bus in 8 Minuten erreichbar. Im nächsten Umkreis Bäckerei, Metzgerei und Pizzeria zu Fuß in 2 Minuten erreichbar. Der Karlsfelder See ist 1,3km entfernt und ist eine Oase der Ruhe. Ärzte und das Einkaufszentrum sind 500m entfernt. Edeka, Aldi und Lidl ca. in 700m erreichbar. Ansonsten kann man auch im Garten die tolle Lage genießen. Es steht Ihnen eine gut ausgestattete Küche zur Verfügung.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. Stock unseres Hauses mit Garten im nördlichen Stadtteil Am Hart. Sie bietet einen ruhigen erholsamen Aufenthalt sowie die Möglichkeit, in kurzer Zeit zur Stadtmitte mit ihren vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu gelangen. Die U-Bahnstation Am Hart ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Mit der U-Bahn erreicht man in 15 Minuten den Marienplatz und den Hauptbahnhof sowie den Olympiapark oder den Englischen Garten. Zum Flughafen kann man mit der U2 und S-Bahn S1 in 45 Minuten fahren.

Gemütliche Wohnung in Dachau

Unsere Wohnung liegt im 1. Obergeschoss in einer ruhigen, aber zentral gelegenen Wohngegend in Dachau. Sie ist sehr geräumig (1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer). Ab 5 Personen öffnen wir ein weiteres Schlafzimmer im Dachgeschoss des Hauses. Unsere Wohnung verfügt über eine eigene Dachterrasse. München ist über den nicht weit entfernten Bahnhof sehr gut erreichbar (ca. 12 Minuten). Aber auch Dachau und Umgebung ist sehenswert. Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarf sind in der Nähe vorhanden.

Herzlich Willkommen in meiner gemütlichen und ruhigen 1,5 Zimmer Wohnung . Der sonnige Balkon lädt zum entspannen ein. Von der Wohnung gibt es eine gute Anbindung zum Marienplatz in 15 Min. (S-Bahn) und in ca. 15 Min. zur Theresienwiese (Oktoberfest) mit der Tram 19. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor der Tür kostenfrei. In wenigen Minuten fussläufig zu erreichen ist eine Shopping Mall, der Westpark, für einen Spaziergang, Bäckereien, Supermärkte, Drogerien sowie kleine Restaurants.

Kleines Häuschen im Grünen

Unser kleines Ferienhäuschen liegt inmitten auf unserem Pferdehof auf dem wir auch selbst wohnen. Hier wohnt man idyllisch in der Natur und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Ruhige Spazierwege direkt ab Hof laden zu Streifzügen durch die Natur ein. Die Nähe zu Augsburg und München (je ca. 30 Autominuten entfernt) bietet sich für Stadterkundungen an. Das kleine Häuschen verfügt über eine kleine Küche sowie ein Bad mit Sauna. Ein Auto ist von Vorteil.

Cozy apartment,

Hi :) Our apartment is situated on the second floor of our family’s house in Dachau. It has 2 rooms, one bedroom and one living room with a kitchen area as well as a bathroom. Everything is renovated. There is everything you need close by, supermarket (5min walk), bus (2 minute walk), Dachau old town (15 min walk). The train takes you in 20 minutes to the Munich central station and in 18 minutes to the Oktoberfest :)
