A new, bright house (140 m2) in the heart of green Warmia. The house is located on a plot of 2500 m2, with picturesque views of hills and forests. The habitat is located in the village of Ruś, 7 km from Olsztyn, on a hill, in the vicinity of several houses. Spacious living room, kitchen, fireplace, sauna, large, bright terrace, BBQ, large garden, swings, hammocks, table tennis table. The house has four bedrooms that can accommodate up to 11 people (3+3+3+2). Two bathrooms (each with a toilet and shower) and an additional toilet.

Walking along the lake shore (5 minutes) you will see a communal swimming area with a large pier. The view from the cottage is directly to the forest.

Clean, spacious and bright studio in a historic Art Nouveau building of the former consulate, with high ceilings and views of the city square and the town hall tower, on the third (last!) floor, but there is an elevator! Great location, in the heart of the city, 8 minutes walk to the old town, 4 minutes to the AURA shopping center and the main bus and tram stop from where you can get absolutely everywhere (for example, to our beloved City Beach - in 15 minutes)

A comfortable, two-storey holiday cottage from 2021 in Miłuki in the Pasym commune in Masuria is the perfect place to relax surrounded by nature. The cottage is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by nature, forest, in close proximity to the Kalwa Lake, which is covered by the silence zone.
