I like to describe our house as the smallest house in Comares in the most beautiful square in Comares (Plaza de los Verdiales). Imagine sitting on its terrace looking at the image of a unique, beautiful and well-kept town square. A simple village house, with personality, decorated to make you feel comfortable and happy. It is divided into three floors (note, there is no elevator in a traditional village house) the last is a roof terrace where you can see the mountains beyond the village.

La Casita is a detached accommodation on the estate of Casa Maliyaa overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and has a fantastic large swimming pool. La Casita is decorated with colorful Australian Aboriginal art, and that gives it a special vibe and appearance. It is spacious with lots of privacy and it is very centrally located. It is located in the mountains near Almáchar, 25 minutes from the coast. A fantastic place to discover the area and really relax!

La Huerta la Perucha is an organic farm with beautiful corners of Mediterranean vegetation. The house has a large terrace with spectacular views of the village of El Borge, which you can walk to in 5 minutes. By car, the sea is 20 km away and Malaga is 50 minutes away. The house is designed for single couples or with a baby, we have a crib, high chair, bathtub and a play area.

A private pool is surrounded by tall palm trees, providing shade and relaxation. Comfortable loungers are positioned on the pool deck, with a view of rolling hills and mountains in the background. The area is well-maintained with decorative gravel and a black fence framing the space.
