We offer a rural escape in a spacious, welcoming cottage with a family life at its heart. Tucked away at the foot of the Blackdown Hills AONB, but with great access to the M5/A373/A30 the cottage is a perfect base for exploring the best of the West Country. So, whether you want countryside walks to picturesque villages and ancient woods or a short drive to the beaches of the Jurassic coast, Exeter, Dartmoor or Exmoor, our cottage is the place to head out from – and the cosy home to return to!

The Gaff with heated swimming pool and studio

This really is the most beautiful of getaways - An easily accessible hideaway under 2 miles from junction 27 M5 and Tiverton Parkway. Suitable for 1-3 adults wanting to explore the South West, a mini yoga retreat, working locally or just wanting to escape to the countryside. The heated pool is right on your door step and has a swim pump . There is a wet-room, bed and sofa-bed downstairs. Hopefully suitable for many with neurodiverse issues or dementia. Not suitable for children or babies.

Leave your cars in the secure parking area, grab the key and relax from the moment you arrive. With room to spread out and socialise, Little Colebrooke is your perfect ‘get together’ spot. Choose to sleep upstairs or downstairs, decide who is going to light the log burner and get ready to enjoy some downtime. The huge orchard and fabulous outdoor space will keep dogs and children busy giving you time to light the firepit, star gaze and share stories about your day. You won’t want to leave.

Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Self contained detached building with private parking, large open planned space with kitchen, bathroom and small outdoor area. 7 minutes from Junction 28 M5 junction and 20 minutes from Exeter. Bradninch is a delightful Duchy Town in Mid Devon with easy access to the countryside and Exeter City centre. The town boasts two local pubs and the nearby National Trust attraction of Killerton House and Gardens.

We are located between north and south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor and Dartmoor.

Now, thoughtful and creative restoration has turned it into a very special place for two, peacefully situated on our family-run organic dairy farm. Sitting high above the Culm Valley it has stunning views of our farm and the surrounding countryside and is perfectly placed for exploring the beautiful north & south coast, Dartmoor & Exmoor National Parks. Uffculme. A beautiful self-contained flat

This cosy, spacious apartment forms part of The Old Butchers - a large property home to an arts and crafts studio. We are located in the heart of Uffculme, a pretty village with a pub, a café, fish and chip bar and two local shops. The area is great for dog walking, hiking, fishing and cycling with the river Culm close by. Uffculme is close to M5 junction 27 and mid distance between Exeter and Taunton with a nearby rail link at Tiverton Parkway.

Hayes End is a beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, single storey cottage located in the popular village of Whimple in East Devon. It is a short walk from a shop, 2 pubs and a train station and is a great base from which to explore the many delights of Devon. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 king sized beds (one of which can be split into singles), sitting/dining room with wood burner. The cottage has parking for 2 cars and a small courtyard garden.
