THE HOUSE IS LOCATED 400 METERS ABOVE SEA LEVEL, TO REACH IT YOU NEED TO TAKE A 5 KM HILL ROAD All this is accompanied by a beautiful area surrounded by greenery, with a stunning view over the sea. The building dates back to '700, rustic style is very beautiful and well-groomed. The kitchen is equipped with electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator.

The bathroom is designed with soft pink tiles covering the walls and floor. A spacious countertop with dual sinks is highlighted, along with a bidet and toilet positioned nearby. A large mirror reflects natural light from the adjacent window, contributing to a bright atmosphere.

On the first floor, it has a kitchenette, equipped kitchen, living room, a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed, a bathroom with bidet and shower cabin. Complete with exposed chestnut beams, it is equipped with a washing machine, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. Transfer available on request.
