It is a quiet house with excellent views from the living room to Plaza de San Nicolás and Hoz del Júcar. It has central heating and an elevator, 80 square meters and is very cozy. There is 600 Mb symmetrical Wi-Fi, suitable for teleworking.

It is located a few meters from the bus station and a bus stop. The historic center of the city is a fifteen-minute walk away
