La Casita Fulgado is a very nice 45 square meter apartment. It is located near the city center, and very close to supermarkets and restaurants. It's on the second floor without an elevator, but the stairs are very comfortable. It has a bedroom, a kitchen-dining room, and a living room (with a cheslon), a TV, and air conditioning. It is located a few meters from the bus station and a bus stop. The historic center of the city is a fifteen-minute walk away

Apartment located halfway between the beginning of the old town and downtown. Ideal for visiting Cuenca on foot. Next to the UIMP and the music conservatory. Close to leisure areas, tapas... Paid parking 200 meters away and free parking area 600 meters away. Very bright. Both the living room and the bedrooms have a balcony facing a pedestrian street. It is on the first floor without an elevator, with two small flights of stairs.

Ideal for couples. Old town. New and quiet

Cozy, bright and quiet apartment, located in the old town of Cuenca. It is in an ideal location, very close to the Plaza Mayor, the Casas Colgadas and the Puente de San Pablo, the city's tapas and leisure area and hiking trails. In Semana Santa you can fully enjoy the processions from your balcony. It has a tourist housing license for four people (double bed and sofa bed of 1.40 m) but it is ideal for a couple.
