Le tout à 15 min de Mortagne, à 2 heures de Paris via la N12, et à 10 min de la base de loisirs nautiques de Soligny.

Our family country house is located in the quiet of a small hamlet in the middle of the fields. In fine weather, enjoy the heated pool (accessible from early May to late September). In the fall and winter, come and warm up by the fireplace. A good starting point to visit the Perche Regional Park and why not spend a day in Cabourg. Our 135 m2 cottage is adjoining our home. It is a 1880 Percheron farmhouse restored on a one hectare park with heated indoor pool (8 m x 5 m) accessible free of charge from April to end of September. The single-story accommodation was restored in 2020 and comes with full amenities. Sleeps 6 + a baby (free equipment on request). Bookings: weekly during school holidays or for 2 nights minimum outside school holidays.
