Appartement cosy et indépendant de 2 pièces récemment aménagé dans notre maison. Lumineux, moderne et bien agencé, il bénéficie d'une jolie vue et est situé à 8 minutes du métro M1 pour Lausanne-centre ou l'UNIL et l'EPFL. A 15 minutes à pied du lac ou de la Vaudoise Arena. Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

Belle maison avec grand jardin et vue spectaculaire du lac Léman et du Montblanc. Appartement de standing situé au rez d'une maison familiale avec accès au jardin. Idéalement situé à 6 min d'un arrêt de bus et 8 min de la gare de Lonay. Supermarché à 5 min. Le lac Léman se trouve à seulement 1,5km. Proche de l'autoroute. La ville de Morges est située à 5 min en transport privé. A 10 min de l'EPFL. A 20 min de Lausanne en transport privé ou train.

Quiet, bright & cosy apartment EPFL with parking

My apartment is easy to access by train, bus or car. The Renens train station is only 4 minutes by foot away and if you’re driving I have a private parking space in front of the building free of charge. Quiet and bright the apartment is situated at the 3rd and last floor of an early century building. Unfortunately at that time they didn’t set up an elevator so there are some steps to climb.

Brand New Building in front of Rolex Learning Center and Library at EPFL. Great New Furniture. Superb Kitchen fully equipped. 100MB High Speed Wifi. Parking. 2 King Size beds. 3 rooms. 2 Bathrooms. 1 Bathtub. Netflix, Playstation 4. This is my home, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do while we are away. English, German, French and Spanish spoken.
