Spread over 2 floors decorated with antique furniture. The ground floor is the living area (living room with fireplace, 2 beds, fully equipped kitchen, laundry, services), the first floor opens instead the cozy sleeping area (bedroom, bathroom with Jacuzzi, bedroom with 4 beds style "old school"). It's with porch and surrounded by pleasant gardens. You can perform many tasks in contact with nature: walking or biking to the presence of a bike path, fishing, hunting, birdwatching or train on the trail of the property 'The property' is located eight miles from Cremona, the charming city of violins, the birthplace of the most famous violin makers of all time: Stradivari, Amati, Guarneri del Gesu Cremona is rich in museums and the theater as an artistic Ponchielli, the splendid Piazza Duomo and the Torrazzo, symbol of the city . The position is perfect in order to reach the art cities of Lombardy and Emilia Romagna: Mantua, Sabbioneta, Bergamo, Brescia, Pavia, Milan, Piacenza, Parma and the Verdi.

Cascinetta a pochi passi dal centro, con parcheggi gratuiti fuori dalla proprietà. Piano terra: giardino, portico, cucina attrezzata con ampissimo soggiorno/salotto/zona lavoro,bagno di servizio. Primo piano: pensatoio, 1 camera matrimoniale e un grande bagno con vasca jacuzzi e doccia doppia + 1 camera matrimoniale, entrambe con pale a soffitto. Pavimento in parquet e pietra, arredo molto curato con elementi a contrasto tra il vintage e le opere moderne delle artiste proprietarie.

L'arredamento è semplice e accogliente, con travi a vista in legno. Un piccolo cortiletto privato lastricato in pietra consente di pranzare all'aperto. Our location is fantastic: we are only 1000 meters from the center and 600 from the station. The supermarket is 400 meters away, and nearby there is a pharmacy and cycling and walking paths. We have a private parking in the courtyard. For reservations after 10.00, check in is at 20.00. Tourist tax, to be paid locally, €2 per person per night. Any pets must be declared before arrival, there will be a supplement of €20 per animal, to be paid locally.

Relax tra il legno e il verde

L'appartamento si trova in posizione centrale a Piacenza al di fuori della ZTL, la posizione centrale permette di visitare il centro storico della città anche a piedi, l'appartamento è elegante ed è caratterizzato da dei dettagli in legno con un tocco di verde. Il nostro obiettivo è far si che l'ospite si sente a suo agio proprio come a casa sua, per questo è allestita una colazione a buffet in modo da cominciare al meglio la giornata.

Ci troviamo a 1 ora da Milano, all'inizio dei colli piacentini e vicinissimi al famoso borgo medievale di Castell'arquato, lungo il tracciato della via Francigena. La nostra Tipì è immersa nel verde di una idilliaca cornice campestre, in una privacy assoluta. Alla magia dell' esperienza si aggiungono le luci palpitanti delle lucciole, nei mesi di giugno e luglio, e l'incontro con caprioli e daini lungo tutto l'anno.
