I’ve loved Tofino since I first stayed in a tiny cabin at the end of Cox Bay with my Mom, Dad, Sisters, Aunts, Uncle and Grandparents. I was left enchanted by the rainforest and the tide pools just steps from the cabin door. I purchased the lot in 2017 and designed and built the house myself with the help of my close friend Mike. The design of the house is meant to bring the beauty of the rainforest inside while the sprawling living space is for families to spend time and make memories together.

'The Flats' is a newly-renovated two-bedroom carriage house with water views of Tofino Inlet and mudflats. The Flats has a full kitchen, two full baths and and two bedrooms with King beds. The property is on Jensen's Bay, a 5-10 minute walk to South Chesterman Beach. Owner lives on-site in a separate building, and looks forward to having you stay. Please keep in mind, during Summer months (Peak Season) I book back to back to avoid one night gaps. My home is best suited for families of 6, 4 adults and 2 children or max of 4 adults (couples). My home is nestled in the quiet, serene forest, a 5 minute walk, from one of the best surfing beaches in Canada, Cox Bay. It is a quick bicycle ride to Chesterman Beach and a 7 minute drive into town. If you book a week stay or month stay, you receive 10% off!

Cox Bay Cabin (across from Cox Bay with hot tub)

This West Coast style home is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves. Conveniently located directly across from Cox Bay, your minutes away from sinking your feet into the sand or catching a wave at Tofino’s best surf beach. Further down the road, Chesterman beach is only a short bike ride away and town is 7 km from your place.
