This spacious studio, located facing the sea, has beautiful views of the Gulf of Ajaccio. Ideal for enjoying the beaches of the famous Route des Sanguinaires. The studio has a nice terrace, where you can have lunch and admire the panorama. Beach access is immediate and the main shops are close. The air-conditioned studio includes a sleeping area (double bed), a dining area that opens onto the terrace, as well as a well-equipped kitchen (including washing machine), and a bathroom. Parking in the building.
