Access to the common pool. it is located on the floor of a villa with majestic views of the ance of Cala d 'Orzu ,the villa consists of three apartments (independent entrances) the apartment is soundproofed ,with a beautiful terrace(all comforts) (for the 3 apartments there is a path through the scrub that leads to the beach of Cala d'Orzu 10 min walk. €1000 deposit upon arrival, not cashed and returned upon departure
