Privately located, cozy villa with swimming pool

La Distancia is a very quiet Finca for up to 6 adults and 2 children. The house has an enclosed garden, outdoor BBQ, parking spaces and private swimming pool. The location of the house is in orange and mandarin gardens near Vilamarxant. This is about 25 km from the airport and center of Valencia. The last 2 years a lot has been renovated: window frames, kitchen, bathroom, 2x air conditioning and stove. The house has 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with a double bed and a room with a bunk bed for children.

Tranquil Mountain Escape, Natural Park Dels Ports

The property has spectacular, panoramic views of the surrounding mountains of Els Ports, a superb base for cycling as it's close to the Via Verde route, walking in the mountains, the Delta de Ebro - birdwatching and exploring the surrounding area. It's 15km from the centre of Tortosa and the famous river Ebro (excellent fishing), there is an outdoor pool in the village of Alfara (summer only) 2km, we are remote enough to enjoy peace, tranquility and dark and starry skies for stargazing.

A branch laden with ripe lemons extends near a rustic stone wall, which features three alcoves housing potted plants and decorative ceramics. A wooden bench is positioned against the wall, inviting relaxation in this natural setting.

Amazing Villa at Almadrava beach!! Located in a housing development with tennis court, swimming pool and beautiful common areas. Excellent location 3 minutes walking from Almadrava beach, and 6 minutes from the Town (all services). Private garden and porch. Ground floor with living room (fireplace), kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs you can find four bedrooms (3 of them double rooms) and second bathroom. Master bedroom with large terrace overlooking the pool. And now WIFi available!!

The walk from the beach is only 30 meters away. It consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and another room with a single bed. Full kitchen and bathroom, and cozy living-dining room (with sofa bed for up to 2 people). Available Washer, TV, Internet and Air Conditioning (Cold / Heat).
