Close to the UAB. 20 minutes from Barcelona, the same train leaves you in Plaça Catalunya. 1st floor, with elevator. Indoor bedroom. WiFi throughout the apartment. Small balcony.

NO SE ACEPTA TELETRABAJO Solo hospedo a CHICOS en este momento. Room 15min to Barcelona ,20 min to BEACH. Reformado, bien equipado minimalist , iluminado y tranquilo. Podrás desconectar después de un día de turisteo por la ciudad de Barcelona. La zona está bien comunicada y a unos 20 minutos caminando está la playa y el casco antiguo Badalona. Puntos de interés como el emblemático Pont del Petroli, zonas comerciales como el CC Mágic o, a poca distancia el casco Antiguo Badalona.

The loft is located in the historical fishing village of Premià de Mar, directly connected to Barcelona city center by urban railway and night bus. (27 minutes) . It is just 2 minuts walk from the train station. This 70 m2 air conditioned loft is a open space, heat pump heating systems, and fully equipped, with a double bed and a sofa bed. It is only 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. If you need us to pick up you in the airport, we can help you with that at any time.

Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and sunny accommodation. This house also has a large terrace with BBQ and a large kitchen, it has 3 bathrooms, 2 complete and another toilet, and since it does not have neighbors it is very quiet, the room has both air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, a small table just in case. It brings your Large TV laptop with Smart TV, heating and access to the room via 4-digit code. It is a small room that has everything.

Habitación pequeña individual, no se aceptan parejas, cama 90cm, escritorio, perchero, vista exterior al rio Besòs. Situado a 30 minutos del centro en metro, a 10 minutos del centro comercial La Maquinista, Metro cercano Santa Coloma, puedes fumar, es una 4° planta sin ascensor. Hora del check in a partir de las 17:00. Tendrás lo necesario para que tu estancia sea cómoda y tranquila, somos dos en casa y tenemos dos gatos. Bienvenido a casa ! 🤗

If you like the sea, the views, to have a hot bath in a recycle wine barril while looking to the sea... if you like natural artisanal things, this is your place. We are in love with our retreat. Note: until next months in the near future we have the route between the houses and the sea. For us, as it is a 3th floor high, is ok. But if you are very sensitive to the noise you may feel it is a bit noisy.
