Estudio situado en el centro de Playa De Las Américas a 150 metros de la playa vista al mar y isla de La Gomera.(sexto piso). Al mismo lado de la estación central de autobuses y a distancia de vista del SIAM PARK y MAGMA centro de convenciones. Restaurantes centros comerciales en las inmediaciones. Estudio con vista al mar, sofá cama muy cómodo y cama supletoria (eventual niño). Cuarto de baño plato ducha ,cocina Americana con todos los utensilios para para poder cocinar vitro cerámica de 2 fuegos nevera micro ondas . Televisión pantalla plana canales nacionales y internacionales, DVD ,aire acondicionado. Terraza con mesa y sillas y tendedero. Yo soy guía de turismo de Canarias así le puedo informar de todo lugar de interés en la isla(s) . Así como reservarles coche de alquiler y /o excursiones. Mi esposa Toom ,de Tailandia es terapeuta y puede bajo petición en un local cerca de la piscina acondicionado al efecto darle unos masajes orientales a precios mucho mas abordables que en los centros de masajes y bienestar de los hoteles. Y porque no para una noche especial un catering cena tipicoTailandes!!!! El sur de Tenerife cuenta con la eterna primavera se puede estar todo el año con unas temperaturas muy agradables . Piscina comunitaria ,aparcamiento y zona ajardinada.

Ambiente acogedor para descansar o trabajar en paz

Este ha sido nuestro refugio ocasional de descanso y ahora empezamos a alquilarlo por primera vez, después de reformarlo. Está en una de las históricas urbanizaciones de apartamentos de Costa Adeje, donde veraneábamos los de aquí. Ahora luce moderna y cómoda, en un entorno inmediato tranquilo. Internet WiFi, TV, dos piscinas (una exclusiva para niños pequeños) y justo frente a tu puerta, tres playas y el paseo marítimo a 3’. Podrás teletrabajar desde la terraza o dentro. Aquí reina la paz.

Luminoso,sereno, amplio... un espacio donde el tiempo parece otro, más lento. Disfrutar del sol y de la sombra, trabajar con la casa abierta, sumergirnos en el agua, comer y cenar al aire libre, leer, jugar, pasear por la playa, cocinar sin prisa... la buena vida. Como arquitecto, después de hacer muchas reformas, sé que la luz y el espacio son el verdadero lujo. Un espacio principal que se abre completamente a la terraza orientada hacia el mar, hacia el atardecer, en un entorno muy tranquilo.

There is an open-plan kitchen-living área that boasts a very cozy atmosphere. You can enjoy delicious meals on the breakfast bar and also get comfortable on the sofa in front of the 46 inches Smart TV. Fantastic new, private and very quiet apartment with 2 swimming pools, it is 4 minutes from the wonderful white beach of La Pinta, next to Puerto Colon, surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars, 600 meters from the Siam Park water park The apartment has a room with 2 single beds, a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a new and fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower, a terrace with beautiful views of the pool, ideal for families.
