It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. Disposeu de 2 bicicletes de passeig ( gratuïtes) , per poder descobrir els fantàstics racons de la ciutat.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. There is a huge dressing room in the beautiful entrance. From there, you will access an open space in which you will not find anything missing. 2 terraces for your exclusive use The pool, barbecue, solarium and patio are shared with my granddaughter and me. In summer, my family may also be there, always respecting the privacy of the guests.

You can row, swim, bathe in authorized areas, walk, jog, or bike. 17 km from Girona, the provincial capital. 17 km from Besalú, Romanesque bridge. 35 km from Figueres, Dalí museum. You'll love it, as it's a charming rural accommodation, ideal for disconnecting from daily stress and well connected to visit a lot of places. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
