Vourkari Studio with full kitchen

Cosy Studio 25 m2 with fully equipped kitchen in Vourkari. The studio is available only for non smokers(cigarettes,vaping,iqos etc). If you smoke in the property unfortunately we will have to end your stay. The studio has a king size bed, AC,TV,WIFI and a large veranda . The house is located at the centre of Vourkari, close to all restaurants and bars .Gialiskari beach is 5 minutes away. Unfortunately we can't keep luggage and Staying after checkout is charged and depends on availability

Cycladic house with amazing view of sea & sunset

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

An outdoor dining area is framed by wooden beams, featuring a rectangular table set for six. Surrounding chairs are positioned on a stone-tiled patio that offers expansive views of the landscape. Large glass doors provide access to the interior space, enhancing the connection with the outdoors.

A newbuilt villa 100 sqm just a little above Ioulida village (the traditional capital of the island, known as Chora), with an amazing view of Kea and the exciting blue of the Aegean Sea! It is built in the traditional style of Kea houses, with verandas all around and a private parking. It is located in a land of 4000 sqm planted with oak trees and provides a spacious and comfortable accomodation for 6 guests. Our villa will be constantly and completely disinfected redarding covid-19.

An outdoor terrace features a light stone floor and wooden overhang, providing shade. A red dining set for two is placed on the terrace, accompanied by a small decorative bowl. Stone walls frame the space, with a view of the serene sea and distant hills.

Xyla Beach Studio 3 belongs to a brand new complex of fully equipped houses just above Xyla beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kea. The design of house follows the local architectural elements, while their construction combines minimalism with luxury. From the terrace you can access the shared pool of the complex as well as enjoy the marvelous sea view and the sunset. The house is located 15 minutes by car from the port through 4,5km of dirt road.

A clear view of a tranquil saltwater pool extends toward the horizon, blending into the blue sea. Rocky cliffs frame the coastline, creating a natural setting that emphasizes privacy. The bright sky and calm waters enhance the serene atmosphere.

A house close to everything but also quite private with a marvelous view to the sunset and Otzias beach. The house is divided in three parts and the guest has access to two parts. All are totally seperated from each other, have different entrances, outside areas and facilities. It is perfect for two seperate families or groups that want to spend the holidays together but also have their privacy. Houses communicate only from outside not indoors.
