Apartment with two bedrooms, a sofa with two beds and a sofa bed. Capacity for up to six people. Independent entrance, direct access to the garden and pool. All rooms face the outside. The property is not shared with other clients. Its owners live on the upper floor and take care of the exterior cleaning. Ideal for finding tranquility and privacy. It is located on a completely enclosed property. The pool and garden area are exclusively for guests and are not shared.

Molino de Nicolao

This fabulous watermill stood empty and abandoned until it was recently fully restored and converted into a beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoy listening to the quiet rustling of the river while you drift off to sleep. The house sits on over a hectare of land and is extremely private, yet it has the convenience of being only a 2 minute drive to the local restaurant and a 5 minute drive the beaches and to the nearest village where you can find everything you need.

It borders the City of Burela where the Public Hospital of Mariña is located 5 km away and 8 km from downtown Foz.

El apartamento consta de una habitación con cama doble, un salón con cocina totalmente equipada y un baño con ducha. Desde las ventanas velux, se tiene unas vistas espectaculares. Para acceder al apartamento se sube en un ascensor hasta la cuarta planta y después escaleras hasta el ático. El apartamento no está céntrico, pero bien situado para el acceso a playas como "Areoura" o "Marosa" (5 min. en coche).
