The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in Lancashire. Ideally positioned to visit Liverpool , Manchester, the Lake District , Peak District , Blackpool, Southport and the Ribble Valley all within an hours drive away or less. Local gastro pub 3 minutes walk away. Local farm shop. Close to motorway network but still very much in the. Countryside with lots of walks and cycling close by. Bus stop at the end of the track. Train station less than 2 miles away
