Traditional Romanian villa near the beach

We would like to offer our guests the opportunity to stay in a traditional Romanian villa in the beach town of Constanta. The house was initially built in 1923 and we have renovated it freshly to be able to accommodate guests. It has 3 bedrooms on two floors and a common area which can be used as a dining room, office or as a fourth bedroom. The kitchen has been freshly refurbished. Two fridges and a BBQ are provided on-site. We speak English, German and Romanian and look forward to hosting you!

Casa Lavdor este situata la aproximativ 300m de plaja Reyna, in zona Delfinariu, Constanta. Aceasta locatie consta in 2 corpuri. Primul corp pune la dispozitie 2 camere semidecomandate, cu pat matrimonial, un living cu canapea extensibila, 2 bai cu dus si o bucatarie complet utilata. Cel de-al doilea corp este format dintr-o baie generoasa si o alta camera cu pat matrimonial. In curtea casei se gaseste si o terasa utilata cu gratar, mese si scaune. In apropiere se afla City Park Mall, McDonalds.

Relaxează-te în acest spațiu calm și elegant. Marsali Vila este o casa de vacanta situata pe litoralul Marii Negre, in Constanta, la 200 metri de plaja. Este compusa din parter-living generos, dispune de o canapea extensibila(160×200), bucatarie complet utilata si baie(1/2). Et 1, Et2 au cate un dormitor cu pat matrimonial, dressing si baie. Fiecare nivel este dotat cu aer conditionat si tv. Proprietatea ofera sezlonguri/umbrele gratuit la plaja Aloha beach aflata in imediata apropriere.

Locatia este situata in zona 0 a Constantei, cu posibilitatea de ajunge oriunde in cel mai scurt timp. Locatia dispune de o terasa spatioasa, cat si un living mare cu bucatarie utilata tip open space. Suprafata spatiului de inchiriat este 250m patrati.

Rooms very comfortable beds,and silence area in nature.also can barbecue every day. On the floor we have 3 rooms,with terace and a bathroom.Every room is confortable,one is red colour,vintage,second have a queen bed,and 3th have a queen bed. Down we have kitchen. We have also in yard a special area for barbecue,like a covered terace,with light,music,and grill. We stay separted,on the ground floor.

Casa are 3 dormitoare de 16 m.p, 2 bai, 1 Bucătărie complet utilată și o curte de 60 m.p dotata cu mese și gratar. Oaspeții locuiesc singuri in casa și pot utiliza toate accesoriile din casa.( cuptor, aragaz, frigider, mașina de spălat, aere condiționate, wi fi și tv.

You'll have the entire first floor apartment of a villa with beautiful garden. You’ll love my place because of the quiet ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I strongly recommend to come by car.
