A bright, simple but lovingly furnished house, located in a residential area on the slope of the Pitaya Valley, where some artists and intellectuals built their dream house after the great earthquake of 1985. In the Pitaya Valley there is a cold water stream, the Pixquiac, a 15-minute walk; when it is hot, a wonderful coolness. The house is surrounded by vegetation and very well connected, 20 minutes by car, bus or collective taxi from the centers of Coatepec or Xalapa.
