Experience the real France. Large sixteenth century house, small sunny and secluded garden, barn. Modern bathrooms and a very high comfort rating with guests e.g. "Best equipped house I have ever stayed in." (August, 2016). Great village with shops, a cafe. Excellent for visiting the Mediterranean beaches, Carcassonne, the Pyrenees, and the Minervois vineyards. Nearest airports Carcassonne (15 mins) and Toulouse (1h 20). Enjoy the rustic charm of this lovely vineyard cottage in the heart of the Languedoc vineyard. Between sea and mountain, ideally located in Cathar Country, in the dry pond of Marseillette, 15 minutes' walk from the Canal du Midi, this character cottage is the starting point for many walks, hikes, visits... The City of Carcassonne is less than half an hour away, the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne 45 minutes away, Spain 1 hour away, many Cathar castles nearby...

"La Circulade" – Character house with garden

Charming village house located in the heart of the Bram ring road, close to all amenities, shops and restaurants. It has private and secure parking in the courtyard. The courtyard is equipped with a dining table, barbecue, garden furniture with hammock to spend beautiful days and evenings with family or friends! The 250 m2 house can accommodate up to 10 people, including 9 adults/teens maximum and 1 young child (3 to 8 years old) spread over the 5 bedrooms.

A wooden deck features a large picnic table surrounded by lush greenery. The railing provides safety while offering a view of the natural surroundings. Access is available through a green door, with a sturdy step leading down to the ground.

Mountain House

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Functional and well appointed mountain range with 45 m2 on the ground plus mezzanine as well as two outdoor terraces. Ideal for a holiday in the middle of nature and relaxing . It is possible to cool off in the river that passes at the foot of the grounds. There are hiking trails nearby , the sea this located only 1 hour from the village . This one has a hostel where you can eat.

The exterior of the stone house is visible, featuring large glass doors that provide an open view of the terrace and garden. A swimming pool reflects natural light, while sun loungers are positioned along its edge. Lush greenery surrounds the property, enhancing its serene ambiance.

It has been renovated in 2018, so you will enjoy a comfortable accommodation. It has 3 bedrooms, with queen size beds. One of them also has a mezzanine with a bed and an office space. Outside, a private pool and garden not overlooked will offer you beautiful moments of relaxation.
