Situado en una de las calles principales del barrio Salamanca, a 3 minutos andando de la calle Goya y a 10 del Parque del Retiro. Todo tipo de transportes y de servicios en las inmediaciones. De conformidad con la normativa aplicable en Madrid, no realizo alquiler turístico sino alquiler temporal de corta duración (con un mínimo de 3 noches), ideal para estancias por estudios, trabajo, motivos médicos y familiares
