700 m from the port of St Gilles Croix de Vie, independent furnished 32 m2 facing a large wooded garden not overlooked, adjoining our property with private parking. It consists of a large bedroom with a bed ( 160 ) , a living room with equipped kitchenette, TV , wifi, shower room. Garden furniture , deckchairs. Everything can be done on foot or by bike (Velodyssée nearby), possibility of storing bikes in a shelter. You will be a 10-minute walk from the center of St Gilles Croix de Vie.

Ideally located in a quiet area and close to the sea, the beach is a 15-minute drive away and the city center of Notre-Dame-de-Riez is less than 1 km away. Bed and bath linens are not included in the booking but can be provided upon request at a price of €10. For your parking, a large space is available in front of the house.

Discover our house of 60m² completely renovated, pleasant and 200 meters from the village with all the amenities " boulangerie, U express, hairdresser, pharmacy, tobacco/press, bar, pizzeria, pizza machine 100m from the house. The Commequiers market is present on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The house is located in our garden but no vis-à-vis between you and us and you will have your own entrance. Beaches are 12 km away. Bike rail station is a few minutes walk away.
