The garage is accessible if needed for access to the washing machine or to store your bikes, surf, or other goods.

The property enjoys a unique location on the edge of the Odet, and a small door (well known within the village) gives you direct access to the charming small port of Sainte Marine, its famous Café de la Cale and its restaurants.
