It is ideal both for short or long stays; it has everything you need to enter to “live”. You have supermarket, coffee shops, terraces, shops, medical center 1 minute away medical center 1 minute away… All amenities around. If you come driving, you won't be a problem. The apartment is surrounded by parking. You can feel like you're home!!

It has a GARAGE. My apartment is simple, but at the same time cozy. It has a large window in the living room that I love, especially on foggy days or when the full moon shines in. The beds are made of ecological wood. We love nature, so we have several plants in our home. It has two very nice rooms. The kitchen, bathroom, and living room. It has a sofa bed for a child under 12. It is equipped with household items, microwave, TV, Wifi,etc. The location is perfect, it is behind the Teatro Campoamor, one street from the shopping area, 5 minutes from the old town, the cider boulebard and the train and bus stations.

120 sq. meter country house with rustic decor. On the top floor there are 3 double bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, and a hair dryer and a hot air heater. There is a wood stove on the staircase leading to the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a toilet, living room with TV, full kitchen and dining room. It has a dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave, blender, iron, toaster, coffee maker, juicer, ceramic stovetop with oven, etc.

Casa 44 is a project that we managed to carry out after two years of looking for the house of our dreams. We put our heart and soul into it to make it a special house, full of handcrafted details that we hope will make our clients' stay an unforgettable experience. IMPORTANT: The Spa/Jacuzzi is contracted as an optional extra service on arrival, with a one-time price of €90 for the entire stay (July and August) and €50 for the rest of the year.

This place will give you the opportunity of hiking, climbing, riding bicycles in an awesome area of Asturias. 30 km far from Oviedo (the capital city of Asturias) and 55 km far from the nearest beach in Gijón. The house is placed in a privileged spot for the sighting of wild fauna such as the brown bear and during the months of September and October contemplate the bellowing of the deers.
