La urbanizacion se encuentra a 200 metros del mar en una zona de acantilados; tiene unas vistas preciosas y alguna entrada al mar por medio de las rocas La comunidad esta rodeada de pinos y mar. La preciosa playa de cala Pi esta a 3 kilometros. Las playas cristalinas de Sa Rapita y Es trenc estan solo a 10 minutos . Es imprescindible tener coche. El aeropuerto esta a 25 minutos de distancia. En la zona se encuentran tambien algunas bodegas
