Schafkuscheln inklusive! Wenn Du wandern, radfahren oder nur entschleunigen willst, bist Du im Windecker Ländchen goldrichtig. Der Zirkuswagen befindet sich auf einem abgetrennten Grundstück hinter unserem Haus auf unserer Schafweide. Eigener Zugang & eigener Parkplatz vorhanden. Alle 30 Min. S-Bahn-Verbindung nach Köln.

Newly renovated after storm damage! Separate small studio guesthouse behind the main house with parking , wonderful views of the Ahr valley nearby. Small en-suite wet room with shower and toilet, basic cooking area with a double cooking hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and seating area. There is a tiny patio outside with seating. 28km to the Nürburgring. 4 hiking paths are just outside the front door. Very quiet country village. Shops, bank etc in nearby Ahrbrück (4km) Pets are welcome

Naturnahes Leben und Erholen – direkt am Nationalpark Eifel. Das Tinyhouse liegt oberhalb des Rursees. Wanderwege liegen direkt vorm Haus. Spaziergänge im Schnee und die wohlige Wärme im Häuschen sorgen für Entspannung & Gemütlichkeit. Im Sommer lädt der Badesee mit Strand zum Schwimmen & Wassersport ein. Es gibt keinen direkten Seeblick (Bäume davor), doch der wundervolle Viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' ist in zwei Minuten erreichbar (100m), wo man nachts die Sterne ungestört beobachten kann.

Auf 30 m² gibt es zwei abgetrennten Zimmer, Küche und Bad für 2 bis 3 Personen. Wegene einiger Nachfragen: Der Wagen ist auch im Winter voll beheizbar in kürzester Zeit sehr warm. So ist er Sommer wie Winter bewohnbar.
