Five minutes drive from the historic city center (pedestrian area/main square) of Pesaro and less than two minutes to get on the beach. The house is accessed through a private road so, no traffic.

Charming 45 sqm apartment in a finely renovated old farmhouse. On the hills, a 5-minute drive from Urbino, the accommodation is equipped with a kitchen and living room, private bathroom with shower and double bed. Third bed on the mezzanine. Wi-Fi, TV, free on-site parking, mosquito nets, fan, library, informational material for discovering the area. Breakfast is offered for the first 2 days of the stay, after which it will be the customer's responsibility to provide it.

The accommodation is part of a villa but is independent and consists of a single bedroom with the addition of a second bed (THERE IS NO DOUBLE VERSION, the space is more suitable for single travelers or groups of friends who do not need a particular level of privacy) and a bathroom with toilet and shower. THERE IS NO KITCHENETTE. It has private parking. It is equipped with heating, linen, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a hairdryer. Tourist tax is payable on-site.

The “Dimora nel Borgo” is a cozy home in the medieval historic center of Maiolati Spontini. It offers a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere, thanks to the recent and careful renovation, and the quiet and peaceful surrounding environment, inside a courtyard of yesteryear. A few meters from the house there are always free parking spaces available, there are no ZTL restrictions regarding the historic center. The house is complete with all amenities.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
