There is an access to the sea from the residence and there is also a private parking equipped of automatic gate.

Collesano is a cute small town with genuine local restaurants and warm people nestled in the mountains at Le Madonie Natural Park and really close to Cefalù. The perfect getaway off the beaten track, away from all the touristic hustle but close enough to visit all historical and natural spots, you won't find a gem like this in northern Sicily where you can actually park next to the house. I have personally chosen this village after a motorcycle trip around Sicily from Malta.

Nice hiking trails are in the mountains nearby and by car you can reach the sea in about 20 minutes. Here you can enjoy the genuine Sicily without tourism with fantastic food, nature and atmosphere.

The olive cultivation business of Conti Carducci Artenisio is found 4.6km from the Strada Provinciale 9 of the Madonie on the route Campofelice-Collesano in the area of Pizzillo, on the fertile hills which slope gently to the sea.

The house has been recently renovated. It consists of two double bedrooms, one of which loft. The bedrooms are air conditioned. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and large shower. Kitchen and laundry room.
