Amazing Location! The apartment is located in the hotel zone of Manzanillo, walking distance from groceries stores, restaurants, nightclubs, bars, caffe, Punto Bahia shopping Mall, Sam’s Club, etc. Is one block from the beach, has a private swimming pool, everything in the apartment is brand new! Two bedrooms main with a King size bed, 2nd full bed, kitchenette fully equiped with small appliances and service for 4 guests, towels, AC unit, washer and dryer on site (extra fee) solarium, etc.

It is a 5-block walk from Colima Cathedral and one block from Madero Street (main downtown street). The Casa del Rey is comfortable, the space was renovated and designed in detail to create a welcoming atmosphere.

The best located house in the subdivision, overlooking the north, the mountains, and in front of the gardens of the clubhouse, where there is a palapa with a large pool. This location has been taken advantage of to have the living room and dining room arranged in front of the gardens, as well as an open terrace on the second level. Being located next to the Club Santiago golf course, you can use the course and take walks. It features air conditioning in every room.
