Balloon View
The Balloon Loft is set on the Welsh Border with stunning views of the Shropshire hills. The map shows the accommodation to be in Montgomery but it is about two miles from Bishops Castle. The Long Mynd, The Stiperstones and Offas Dyke path are all within 20 minutes drive of the loft and all offer wonderful views of Shropshire & Powys - perfect for a walking holiday. The accommodation is very rural but easily accessible and apart from the sheep or cattle the area is quiet and peaceful.

A centrally located victorian period house with three large rooms and views of picturesque Bishops Castle. Two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite and the other has a large bath perfect to relax in after a long walk. Our holiday apartment occupies the top floor of the Old Vicarage, a grade 2 listed Georgian house with much older roots, located directly behind the church of St John the Baptist in the heart of the historic market town of Bishops Castle. From its lofty location guests can enjoy far reaching views over the town and hills beyond. Only a few steps to the nearest pub, shops, eateries and with immediate access to the Shropshire Way and many other walking and cycling routes.
