Located 2 km from the village of Vassieux-en-Vercors close to all amenities (bakery, grocery store, restaurants, tobacco, etc...), we offer a small studio in a quiet private property with exceptional views. You will have easy access to the various activities offered by the surroundings. The accommodation is on one level, a few steps from our house, with a separate entrance and including all the necessary comforts. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. It is a very good starting point for the breathtaking Hauts Plateaux du Vercors.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Quality materials, new amenities, etc... Less than a 10-minute walk to the village with all amenities. Frequently asked question, what to provide for coffee? Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Hamlet house located in the beautiful Quint Valley, 15 minutes from Die. You will appreciate the calm, the swimming areas, the walks, the local producers... The house consists of a living room on the ground floor, a bedroom and a reading-game area (with 1 bed for 2 people) overlooking a small terrace on the 1st level. Outside, you can enjoy a terrace that is highly appreciated in summer.

Studio entirely made by us, which is located on the ground floor of our house. It is completely independent and you will have your own entrance. In summer you will appreciate being able to enjoy the courtyard which is for your exclusive use. And in winter, you can hibernate at the foot of the stove!
